Admission Requirements

Parents or guardians of children entering school for the first time shall present a certified birth certificate or satisfactory proof of age upon entrance into BISO-Al Olaya. Students are required to fill in the admission form and submit all documents pertaining to their identity and transfer from another school where necessary.

• A copy of the parent’s/guardian’s passport.
• A copy of the student’s passport.
  
• A copy of the parent’s valid iqama (resident permit).
  
• A copy of the student’s valid iqama (resident permit).
  
• A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
  
• A copy of the student’s vaccination certificate.
  
• All academic reports, transcripts and transfer certificates from previous school(s) attended.
  
• Approval for attending school from the Ministry of Education.
  
• Financial clearance certificate from the previous school.
  
• A letter of introduction from the parent’s/guardian’s employer.
  
• 4 passport-size photos of the student.
